Noa Muskat
Face Yoga Instructor

A face yoga instructor running two businesses at once. We built a weekly video engine across Instagram, YouTube, and email, then launched a new 5-session offer that hit its goal of 10 enrollments.
The challenge
Noa teaches face yoga. She also runs a website building business. Two businesses, one calendar, and a content plan that kept getting pushed to next week.
The problem was never a lack of things to say. It was building something repeatable that fits inside a week that already has a second business in it.
The work
We built a weekly video engine. One recording session, then the video goes out on Instagram, YouTube, and her email newsletter. Same core piece, shaped for each place it lands.

But content alone doesn't move a service business. We also worked on how Noa runs the business while keeping the website work going: what she says yes to, what gets batched, and what the content is actually supposed to sell.
That led to a new offer. Five sessions of face yoga, packaged clearly, priced clearly. She marketed it to her group and on Instagram, using the weekly videos as the warm-up rather than a cold pitch.
Results
The offer hit its goal of 10 enrollments. The weekly video keeps running, and we're now building the next offer on top of the audience it created.
The challenge
Noa teaches face yoga while also running a website building business. Time was the real constraint, not ideas. She needed a content rhythm she could keep without letting either business slip.
The work
We built a weekly video routine that publishes to Instagram, YouTube, and her email newsletter from one recording session. Alongside the content, we worked on the business itself: shaping a new offer, a 5-session face yoga program, and marketing it to her existing group and on Instagram.
