Everything you wanted to know about succeeding on LinkedIn

LinkedIn Workshop for Founders and Solopreneurs

LinkedIn workshops for founders have become a category of their own over the past few years. Some focus on profile optimization, others on writing hooks, others on growth tactics like engagement pods or posting schedules. Most promise some version of the same outcome: more reach, more followers, more visibility. For a founder trying to decide whether a workshop is worth the time, the options can blur together. The formats vary too. There are recorded courses you watch alone, live cohorts with a group, one-day intensives, and longer programs that run over several weeks. Each suits a different kind of person. Someone who already posts regularly may want feedback on what they’ve written, while someone who has never posted may just need help getting started without feeling exposed.

The hook is almost never the problem

What founders take away from a LinkedIn workshop often depends less on the content taught and more on what they do in the weeks after. Plenty of people finish a workshop with a notebook full of tips and then post twice before going quiet again. The question of what to write about in an ordinary week, when nothing notable has happened, tends to outlast any single session. So does the gap between posts that get likes and posts that lead to conversations with potential customers. Some workshops build in time for participants to write and get feedback on their own posts, while others stay closer to a lecture format. Neither is right for everyone. It usually comes down to whether a founder wants information or wants to practice.

The problem was something else. They had nothing to write about in a week when nothing happened. And the posts that did work brought likes, not inquiries.

You have opinions formed over years of decisions, from clients who told you no, from things you tried that didn't work. They just never make it into a post. Instead, you get another post with 5 tips.

There's a simple test: if your competitor's CEO could have published your post, you didn't need to publish it.

Who it's for

  • •Founders and service providers who sell to businesses
  • •Who already post something and don't see results
  • •Or who never started because they have no idea what to write

Who it's not for

  • •If you need deals in the next two months, do outreach. Content works slowly, and I won't sell you otherwise.
  • •If you want someone to write the posts for you, that's not here either.

What we'll do

What you have to say

  • •Mapping the opinions you already have and don't see as content
  • •The questions I ask retainer clients: who would disagree with you, when did you first realize this, what did you see that made you believe it
  • •We take 10 of your posts and check how many of them your competitor could have published
  • •The post types that work for founders: which bring reach, which build trust, and which bring inquiries

How to do it every week

  • •Live editing of posts you wrote during the implementation week, in front of the whole group
  • •Why the posts with the most likes aren't the ones that bring inquiries, and how to work on both
  • •What to do after you hit "Post", and why people who only post and never comment on others end up with zero
  • •The weekly working method, including what to write in a week when nothing happened

You write, you send, you get personal feedback from me on every post.

The format

You sign up and pay through the same link. 450 ILS + VAT. A week before the first session you'll get an email with the Zoom link for both sessions and an invite to the WhatsApp group.
You can cancel and get a full refund up until the day of the first session. You can also transfer your spot to someone else, or move to the next cohort. Email me or message me on LinkedIn and I'll sort it out.
Nothing. If you have posts you've written, bring them to the session and we'll look at them together. There's nothing to send me beforehand. The real work starts in the implementation week.
Between sessions you write and send me each post in a private message. I send back personal feedback within a day. In the second session we edit what you wrote, live. If you don't write that week, you get half the workshop.
Two Zoom sessions, an implementation week with personal feedback on every post, recordings with unlimited access, and a WhatsApp group for feedback during the workshop.
The recordings stay with you. If you want to keep getting feedback after the workshop, you can join my WhatsApp group.
Zoom, with your camera on. We work on your material in front of the group. This isn't a lecture.
It’s hard to say exactly what anyone takes away from a few weeks of thinking about how they write, because it tends to show up in small ways rather than all at once. Some people notice it the next time they sit down with a blank screen and, instead of reaching for whatever everyone else posted that week, find themselves remembering a conversation with a client from two years ago that never quite left them. Others notice it later, in a week that felt completely uneventful, when a question pops into their head and somehow turns into something worth saying. There’s also the matter of the posts themselves, which have a way of changing shape once someone else has looked at them closely and asked why a certain sentence is there at all. And at some point the question of likes versus conversations starts to feel less abstract, because those two things don’t always move together, and it becomes easier to tell which one a given post is likely to bring, or whether it’s trying to do both and doing neither. Then there’s the routine, or the lack of one, which is usually where things fall apart for most people after any kind of course or session ends. Whether a habit survives depends on a lot of things, including how busy the next month turns out to be, how much patience someone has with drafts that don’t land, and whether they’ve found a way of working that fits how they actually spend their week rather than how they imagine they should. None of this arrives in a neat package, and it probably looks a little different for everyone who goes through it, which is maybe the most honest thing that can be said about it.
